Throughout the evening, the Rombauer Vineyards team will guide guests through the featured wines, sharing insights into the winery, each selection, and the inspiration behind the pairings. The evening begins with a 6:30 PM reception and welcome wine, followed by the four-course wine pairing dinner starting promptly at 7:00 PM in Randall’s Stone Room.
